**Delivery Policy:**

At RG F.C., we strive to provide efficient and reliable delivery options for our customers. We primarily operate within the UK while offering worldwide shipping. Our delivery methods include:

- Tracked 24 Tracked & Signature: £5.90, the delivery aim of 1 day within the UK.

- Tracked 48 with Tracked & Signature: £4.90, the delivery aim of 1 day within the UK.

- Europe delivery aims for 3-5 working days (Price varies by weight).

- Worldwide delivery aim for 5-7 working days (Price varies by weight).

Upon shipping, customers will receive a tracking number via email, allowing them to track their orders on the Royal Mail website (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/).

**Shipping Fees:**

We offer two delivery options with varying speeds and costs. There are no additional fees associated with different locations, only the prices specified for each delivery method.

**Packaging:**

To ensure the safe delivery of our products, each item is carefully wrapped in tissue paper, packed with peanuts, and placed in a sturdy cardboard box.

**Customs and Import Duties:**

For international shipments, any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for these costs or any associated return fees.

**Lost or Delayed Packages:**

In the event of delayed packages, customers will be notified, and we will investigate with Royal Mail. If a package is confirmed as lost, we will issue a refund to the customer. For damaged items, customers must provide pictures of the damages within 2 days of arrival. If confirmed, the item can be returned, and we will cover the return shipping cost, offering a refund upon receipt.

**Return Policy:**

We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Our return policy is designed to accommodate our customers' needs:

- Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for items they wish to return.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- In the case of damaged or defective products, customers must notify us within 2 days of the item's arrival. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a refund upon receipt of the returned item.

- Please note that personalized or customized items, including personal name or custom kit name lettering, are not eligible for returns if requested by the customer.

We would like to inform our customers that our items are primarily second-hand and vintage pieces. As such, they may exhibit small imperfections. We individually photograph each item, including any possible imperfections, to provide a clear representation of the product's condition.
